TOWNSHIP ELECTION AND ANNUAL MEETING

Turtle Lake Township will hold its Annual Town Meeting and Election at the Turtle Lake Town Hall on Tuesday, March 8, 2011.

The election polls will be open from 5 pm to 8 pm.

Voters will elect:

(2) Supervisors for a term of 3 years each
(1) Treasurer for a term of 2 years

Board of Canvass will meet immediately following the close of the polls to certify results. Annual Meeting to convene at 8:40 pm to conduct township business, set budget and levies for 2012.

Alternate date for bad weather will be March 15, 2011. Absentee ballots available at clerk’s home until 5 pm March 7, 2011.
